Lochlan spent his formative years with Brisbane City Council. He was responsible for a full range of complex town planning projects with local, city and State-wide significance. With degrees in both Town Planning and Environmental Studies, Lochlan thrives on and has dedicated his career to development assessment. Lochlan’s energetic advocacy of improved urban outcomes has brought a large number of high quality, mixed use and high density, projects to fruition.

For each development site, Lochlan strives to identify opportunities and constraints early in the planning process, , working closely with the client and a wide range of specialist consultants. By keeping true to this practice, Lochlan has won the trust of those he consults for, who in return have become valued regular clients.

Since joining Urban Strategies in 1995, Lochlan has facilitated its growth into one of Queensland’s most highly respected consulting firms.
