Geoff joined Urban Strategies in 2007.  His knowledge and passion for appropriately located and integrated development has assisted him in procuring countless high-profile development approvals throughout inner-city Brisbane, South East Queensland and regional Queensland.

Geoff’s expertise and focus lies in development assessment. Geoff partners with his clients, becoming involved early in a project through the provision of due diligence advice and highest and best use studies.  Throughout the project he works closely with stakeholders, providing balanced and holistic advice, employing his strong understanding of the broad range of factors influencing development and his strategic thinking to negotiate planning outcomes.

Geoff’s is a hands-on, value adding role in the management of projects.  He is an expert in complex development applications and planning instruments with a strong working knowledge of Queensland planning systems at a local and state level.  Consequently, Geoff’s expertise is highly valued by a wide range of clients, from developers to public sector authorities.
