Senior Town Planner
Josh began his career as a planner with Urban Strategies as a student in 2018 and after graduating with a Bachelor of Regional and Town Planning from the University of Queensland in 2019, became a planning consultant.
After a brief stint away, Josh returned to Urban Strategies in May 2024 to assist in opening the new Surfer Paradise office. In his role as a Senior Planner, Josh provides significant experience in the timely and efficient facilitation of development and prides himself on having a broad knowledge of the technical aspects of the development requirements on the Gold Coast. This understanding proves invaluable for clients looking to move into the growing Gold Coast market.
Since 2021, Josh has regularly been invited to speak at developer events, focusing on the opportunities for development on the Gold Coast and South-East Queensland. This experience has resulted in Josh working with clients at all stages of their development journeys.
