This project is a 46 lot subdivision and 55 townhouses. Key issues included vegetation retention, flooding, community links, density, and tight timeframes for DHA funding and project delivery (6 months). Urban Strategies collaborated with the architects in design team workshops, community consultation meetings, review of all design team deliverables, meetings with local councillor, council officers and key stakeholders. We managed the approval process for a timely and successful outcome.
