A rural, tree lined site is in many ways the perfect location for a child care centre, however this setting brings about an array of town planning challenges. Access, on site sewerage treatment, environmental management and zoning were just some of the challenges faced in managing the successful expansion of the Brookfield Early Childhood Centre.
