Principal Town Planner
James joined Urban Strategies in 2012 after graduating with a Bachelor of Regional and Town Planning from the University of Queensland.
In his role as a Principal Town Planner, James has exposure to a wide range of development throughout Queensland. James prides himself on having a broad knowledge of the technical aspects of development, including building design and construction requirements and works actively with clients to resolve design issues.
James has a keen interest in facilitating infill development located in strategic suburban locations and has firsthand experience in managing development outcomes, from site acquisition, due diligence procedures and through to completion of construction. This understanding proves invaluable in providing advice to clients for all stages of development projects.
