ASSOCIATE: Tricia Davidson B Blt Env (Urban Planning) MPIA CPP
Tricia is an Associate of Urban Strategies with a degree in Urban and Regional Planning.
Commencing her career as a planner in the public sector in Queensland and New South Wales, Tricia has 9 years experience in both statutory and strategic planning, including periods with the public sector and Parsons Brinkerhoff. However, she finds the personal and hands-on service of a smaller firm more compelling.
Tricia has a comprehensive working knowledge of planning legislation relevant to Queensland and is experienced in working on a wide range of development projects.
While development assessment has been Tricia’s primary focus over recent years, she also has experience in strategies planning including policy and local plan development, amendment of planning schemes and community infrastructure designations.
Tricia is responsible for Urban Strategies' success in the RiskSmart program and its continued expansion with other Councils throughout Queensland.
