Lochlan Mummery is a partner and director of Urban Strategies.
He is one of the few planners in Queensland who thrives on and has dedicated his entire career of some 20 years to development assessment. Bringing his strategic thinking skills to development assessment, he has contributed much to the improvement and speeding up of assessment processes in Queensland, during both his time at Brisbane City Council and in private practice.
Lochlan is qualified in Environmental Science as well as planning and his energetic advocacy of improved urban outcomes has resulted in bringing high density, high quality projects to fruition.
Lochlan sits on the Fortitude Valley Community Planning Team (CPT), established as an advisory body to provide feedback and recommendations to assist in the preparation and implementation of the Fortitude Valley Neighbourhood Plan.
